Outrayjus is proudly Queensland owned and operated Warehousing & Distribution Company servicing alcohol suppliers and producers, hospitality venues, perishable good, packaging goods producers. We deliver from the Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay and everywhere in between. We also deliver to regional area and as far as Port Douglas, Emerald, Coffs Harbour Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide."

About the Role

This role will ensure variety and challenge whilst operating in a team workplace. The focus will be:

Perform administrative support functions such as but not limited to data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence and/or preparing basic management updates.

Engaging with Outrayjus’ current and potential new customers via phone, email and at time in person through our customer service counter,

Warehouse administrative duties including assist with stock taking, manifest and label preparation,

What you will bring to the table

Reliable and accountable with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple demographics.

An accomplished ‘all-rounder’ with a high level of customer service focus

Outstanding telephone and email techniques and etiquette

Experience within logistics and warehouse & distribution

Excellent customer service skills and a multi-tasker who has a strong desire to win.

Customer service experience in the Transport / Courier or retail industry of great advantage.

Computer literate with strong knowledge with Microsoft office applications, CartonCloud of great advantage.

Experience with route and load scheduling of great advantage

Full and unrestricted working rights for Australia
