We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our local team. The role is based in our head office located at Coolum Beach.
You will be responsible for providing training and helpdesk support to our new and existing client base. This support can be on the phone, via email/chat or in person.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a customer service environment and have a passion to work in the tech industry.
Your skills and experience;

* Tech-savvy with a passion for technology
* Enjoys providing effective solutions to clients.
* Strong organisation and time management skills
Highly regarded but not required;
* Experience working with CRM systems.
* Experience in client or team training
* Real estate industry experience
