About the Role
We're seeking a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience.
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to our in-store trolley bays – whatever the weather.
Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets and offices.
Clean, dust, wipe and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.
About You And Your Skills
A full unrestricted Australian driver's license and a safe driving record (you will be required to obtain a full driver licence history check).
Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe work practices.
The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
To be active – you'll be constantly on the go and may be required to do some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushing.
Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends).
We have a variety of shifts available between 5am and 11pm 7 days a week.
