Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Salesperson will be actively involved in providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with styling and product selection, and ensuring an elevated shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the showroom, managing inventory, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
* Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Experience in retail sales and a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
* Knowledge of menswear, styling techniques, and current fashion trends
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to maintain an organized and visually appealing sales environment
* Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Experience in luxury or custom menswear is a plus
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
