We are a premium and renowned NSW Registered Club located on the Victorian and NSW Border. This role offers the opportunity to work across our five restaurants and function rooms, providing a rewarding and varied kitchen environment.
Job responsibilities include:
* Preparation and cooking of food for our five restaurants and several function rooms.
* Working with a dedicated kitchen team in a fast‐paced, high‐quality environment.
* Adhering to WHS guidelines and maintaining cleanliness and organisation ahead of service.

Qualifications
* Minimum Certificate 111 in Commercial Cookery.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Skilled in food preparation and front‐of‐operations organisation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise.
