Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality and catering operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that support the wellbeing and operational readiness of Defence personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Maintain safety standards, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations under our Defence Base Services contract.
* Food Safety Compliance: Conduct food safety audits, oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols, processes, and reporting.
* Financial Management: Manage food costs, client quotations, supplier, and customer accounts.
* Safety Focus: Lead by example, fostering a culture where safety is second nature and every team member feels responsible for their own wellbeing and that of others.
Requirements:
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
* Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate (Advantageous).
* 2+ Years experience supervising food and beverage attendants.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, legislation, regulatory compliance, and HACCP principles.
