We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join a Professional Services organization delivering complex customer-facing software programs.
This is a senior, executive-facing role for someone with strong end-to-end program leadership experience across the full delivery lifecycle. The right candidate will be confident leading cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and driving delivery across scope, schedule, financials, governance, risks, and stakeholder communications.
What you'll do
* Lead complex customer-facing programs from initiation through delivery and closure
* Build and drive cross-functional execution plans that balance scope, timeline, budget, and quality
* Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and working agreements
* Partner closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful outcomes
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executives on both the customer and internal sides
* Drive decision-making when delivery risks, scope changes, or operational constraints arise
* Maintain strong control over financials, forecasting, reporting, and delivery performance
What we're looking for
* Significant experience in project and program management within a Professional Services environment
* Proven success leading complex, customer-facing software delivery programs
* Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence
* Demonstrated ownership of scope, schedule, financials, governance, risks, and issues
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-accountability environments
* Strong communication, escalation management, and customer-facing leadership skills
Strongly preferred
* Experience delivering programs in telecom, especially OSS / BSS / network inventory environments
* Experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators, carriers, or similarly complex enterprise customers
* Background in software, networking, or large-scale transformation programs
