Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact for hotel accommodation enquiries for our seven properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
* Assisting guests to find the perfect accommodation for their personalised stay with our hotels.
* Working in a fast‐paced inbound call centre environment, handling an average of eighty calls per shift.
* Responding to email enquiries.
* Providing quotes.
* Upselling opportunities.
* Following up on pre‐payments & charge backs.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced call centre environment.
* Effective time‐management skills with the ability to multitask.
* Polished and clear communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with Opera and Synxis highly desirable.
* Must be available to work a 7‐day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight.
