Located within the five-star Stamford Plaza Adelaide, La Boca Bar & Grill is a vibrant Argentinian inspired restaurant renowned for premium steaks, charcoal grilling, exceptional service, and a lively dining atmosphere.

About the role
You will be part of a passionate and energetic team responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences within one of Adelaide's vibrant restaurant environments.
This role is far more than simply taking orders and serving food it is about creating memorable guest experiences, building genuine guest connections, and contributing to the overall atmosphere and energy of the venue.
You will work across a variety of service areas including restaurant floor service, bar operations.
You will be expected to provide warm, professional, and attentive service while maintaining high presentation standards and ensuring all guests receive an exceptional dining experience from arrival through to departure.
This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment, can adapt quickly to changing operational needs, and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality experiences.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Uphold La Boca Bar & Grill's service standards, this includes immediate guest acknowledgement via verbal greeting paired with a warm smile
* Greeting and seating guests in a professional and welcoming manner
* Providing detailed menu and beverage knowledge, including daily specials and recommendations
* Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
* Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards
* Assisting with bar service, beverage preparation, and restocking where required
* Setting up and resetting restaurant sections for service
* Ensuring restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Handling guest enquiries and resolving minor service concerns professionally
* Supporting the wider hotel team during busy operational periods
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures
* Following RSA, WHS, and food safety requirements at all times
About you
* Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred
* A passion for customer service and hospitality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive and professional attitude
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong grooming and presentation standards
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Current RSA Certificate
