Responsibilities
Be responsible for the Core Network of IT Infrastructure department, i.e., Core Router and Core Switch, and ensure they are well managed, properly connected to all servers & hardware for a smooth and secure operation of the entire infrastructure network.
Support the service desk team as level 2 network escalation support.
Implement and maintain local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure to fit the current business environment.
Maintain stability and uptime of the IT Network and high availability (HA) of all branches connected to the head office data center and DR site.
Manage network integration with third parties partnering with Woori Bank.
Implement IT security framework with all network appliances to comply with internal security framework and standard practices.
Plan and forecast future IT Network growth aligning with Woori Bank business plans and growth.
Support the DR Drill activity at least once a year by coordinating with the DR Drill Committee and related stakeholders.
Create and update DR Drill documentation reflecting existing system functions.
Monitor core network availability of at least 99.9% uptime (branches, head office and DR center).
Attend seminars and bring new technology to improve network infrastructure for greater security.
Ensure on-time implementation of PDM performance development, coaching, and annual appraisal for Woori Bank staff on a quarterly and annual basis.
Build network monitoring tools to monitor and manage network infrastructure.
Minimize network downtime.
Propose or recommend purchase of network hardware to support business requirements.
Perform DR activation drill at least once per year.
Resolve remote access VPN issues to the T24 system.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Network administration.
Advanced knowledge of setting up and maintaining Firewall and Virtual Private Network.
Good knowledge of setting up and maintaining IT Network security.
Experience implementing solutions, creative, cooperative, meeting deadlines, and self-motivated.
Knowledge of information and network security.
Knowledge of network topology, configuration, and TCP/IP configuration.
Availability to work nights or weekends if system or network fails or for any project.
At least 3 years' experience managing IT support services.
At least 3 years' experience managing Network Infrastructure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to build good relationships with vendors.
