Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
* Skills: Aptitude and/or experience of coaching and/or tutoring and/or teaching; ability to engage and manage groups of students; strong written and verbal communication and active listening with diverse colleagues, students and stakeholders; ability to use IT/ICT systems; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to provide professional customer service at all times.
* Education: English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent; academic qualification relevant to subject; Qualified Teacher status (PGCE/CertEd) or Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS). Or for Industry Specialist/entry level teaching: qualifications and/or equivalent experience at Level 3 in a relevant subject, with a requirement to undertake the teaching qualification (sponsored by the College).
