About the Opportunity: ParagonCare is seeking an imprest technician to join the Aged Care team - supporting our key corporate clients in the Bunbury and surrounding region.
As part of joining our team, you will play a major role in the management of the imprest system at facilities located in Perth.
The key responsibilities of managing the imprest system will be: ? Conduct site visits to perform imprest services across multiple residential facilities location in WA ? Maintain the inventory levels for each imprest stock room/s located within the facility.
? Replenish imprest stock in accordance to required inventory levels.
? Adherence of imprest practices through stock rotation, expiry date checks, monitoring, and general housekeeping ? Liaise with residential managers and clinicians regarding the imprest system and manage any change requests.
? Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
About You: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following: ? Ability to work autonomously but also within a team environment.
? Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
? A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping.
? Previous imprest management experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
? Covid-19 vaccination as per WA directives for Healthcare.
A casual Hourly Rate + kilometre reimbursement.
