Display Home Product Development Coordinator

About the opportunity

The Display Home Product Development Coordinator is part of Brighton Homes Drafting team and reports to the Drafting & Product Development Manager. The role supports the office and onsite teams with coordination from planning to construction and opening of display homes.

* Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening.
* Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones.
* Work closely with sales, design and marketing teams to meet deadlines.
* Develop and maintain display home policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency.
* Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required.
* Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross team liaison.

About you

* Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
* Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
* Confident liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Wrike.
* Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge.
