Join Aurizon's Bulk West team in Forrestfield and take the wheel of heavy machinery that keeps Australia's resources moving. We're looking for a qualified, safety-focused Reach Stack Operator to join our team at the Forrestfield Container Terminal.
This permanent position offers a 7 on 7 off residential roster, working both a week of days and a week of nights (12hr shifts). If you're passionate about safety and operational excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Load and unload freight in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
* Conduct pre‐operational safety checks and equipment inspections.
* Follow established procedures to ensure quality and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
* Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For:
* Reach stacker licence (Mandatory).
* Forklift licence (Mandatory).
* Current driver's licence (HR preferred but not essential).
* Availability to work one weekend day, with weekend penalty rates paid.
* Proven experience operating heavy machinery in industrial settings.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality procedures.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Physical fitness to work in outdoor conditions.
