About The Role

The Client Services Officer will be responsible for the efficient and timely administrative support for a range of functions, including providing routine advice and information to a range of stakeholders in relation to the administration of skills initiatives.

As a Client Services Officer, You Will

- Provide a high standard of service to support stakeholders in the delivery of skills initiatives.
- Provide a quality and high standard of written and verbal advice and information to internal and external stakeholders, including registered training organisations and other funding recipients in support of achieving team objectives.
- Contribute to and support the delivery and maintenance of effective work practices within the work group.
- Accurately input and maintain information in databases and correspondence in accordance with the Department and government records management standards.
- Ensure business processes are continuously improved to support the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices.

- Experience in providing an effective customer contact and quality client focused service.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and to apply appropriate high-level interpersonal skills to promote a positive team environment.
- Ability to determine and negotiate priorities to manage time effectively.
- Commitment to support continuous improvement policies and business practices.

Remuneration

Competitive salary ASO2 $58,709 to $63,154 (for 1.0 FTE) p.a. plus superannuation

Special Conditions

- The role will be offered full time (1.0 FTE) basis for up to 7 months.
- Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check (NPC) and Working with Children Check.
