You have worked for at least one year in a hands-on role and are looking for a career within the air conditioning industry. You work well within a small team, can follow instruction, and constantly look for ways to learn, develop and increase your skills. You go out of your way for customers and always act with integrity. You must be passionate for wanting to be the best you can for yourself and others
You have great attention to detail, and you are an ace at prioritising tasks. You're willing to pitch in and have a 'whatever it takes' attitude.
About the role and the main responsibilities
* This is a site-based role working in a small team
* Follow the direction and work under the instruction of experienced technicians
* Work with experienced technicians to assist with the professional installation for residential and small commercial clients air conditioning needs
* Assist experienced technicians with service, repairs and maintenance as required
* Ensure outstanding customer service through quality workmanship and communication excellence
Key selection criteria
* Completed HSC or equivalent
* Minimum one-year work experience (part time, full time or casual)
* Ready to make a career out of the trade
* A positive, pro-active and respectful attitude always
* Excellent all-round communications skills
* High attention to detail
* Passionate and enthusiastic

* Hold current Drivers Licence

* Industry Induction Card
* Experience in a trade or customer service environment
