About the role
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your focus will be maximising all Finance and Insurance opportunities within the business. Compliance is also critical; all applications and documents must meet regulated and business standards. Knowledge of all finance and insurance products to ensure they are presented to all customers at point of sale to maximise the sale process.
Responsibilities
Provide a professional and respectful service to all customers
Manage all confidential documentation and settlement paperwork
Provide Finance & Insurance quotations to all customers
Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
Achieve monthly targets
Proactively following up quotes and any refinancing opportunities
Build strong relationships with sales team and clients
