Strategy – In the ASX listed parent company, working alongside the C‑suite, you will set, implement and deliver sales strategy for three subsidiaries with different channels to market. You will work closely with operational GMs to set targets and agree a way forward for their business that drives year on year growth in volume and margin.
Impact – You’ll work hands on with key accounts and major customers across all three businesses to deliver exceptional growth outcomes.
Sales Coach – You will translate strategy into actionable steps for sales and customer service teams. You will coach, train, mentor, and lead from the front to hit targets and achieve goals.
A contemporary sales leader – You have successfully grown business through successful sales strategies and delivery. You can clearly demonstrate that you personally have made a difference through sales leadership and quality management.
