The Opportunity
As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid management process, develop winning strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth and securing recent work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bid strategy development in alignment with client needs and market trends
- Oversee proposal development, editing, and final production
- Conduct competitive analysis and integrate insights into bid positioning
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process
- Manage bid budgets and ensure timely submission of all documentation
- Maintain CRM and bid databases for accurate reporting and tracking
- Conduct post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure quality assurance across all bid content and outputs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in bid management within the construction industry
- Proven success in winning bids for complex construction projects
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of construction industry trends and client expectations
