Required Skills and Qualifications
* Expertise in WHS compliance and best practices to provide employees and managers with advice.
* Able to assist with site safety audits, complete risk assessments, and ICAM incident investigations.
* Collaborate with site teams to address hazards, implement control measures, and ensure alignment with legislation.
* Develop and implement Safety Work Instructions and processes to ensure alignment with regulatory and legislated compliance requirements.
* Communicate effectively between sites and the wider group to manage risk.
* Develop, review, and suggest ongoing improvement on operating procedures as they relate to the Safety Management System.
