Qualifications:
TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification
Experience and Knowledge:
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Understanding and respect for the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of the students
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate effectively across large groups
A confident and flexible approach
Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on the needs of individual learners and the dynamics of the classroom
Proficient in IT systems and MS Office suite
WorkSafe accredited for forklift (advantage but not mandatory)
This position will require the applicant to consent to a national police check and other relevant security checks associated with working within a custodial environment
