An established, privately owned general practice in Melbourne is seeking a full-time General Practitioner to take over a well-established patient database, as the current GP retires at the end of the year.
This clinic has been serving the community for 13 years, catering to a diverse patient base including young families and a variety of nationalities.
The practice offers a comprehensive range of services including Chronic Disease Management (CDM), preventative health, women's health, mental health, and shared maternity care in partnership with Melbourne's Sexual Health Centre satellite clinic.
