What To Expect

At Tesla, our Tesla Advisors deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to customers, acting as brand ambassadors supporting our mission to accelerate sustainable energy. As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their initial showroom visit through to delivery, helping deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience. Success requires energy, organization, passion for sustainable energy, and the ability to create exceptional client experiences. Teamwork is essential, and individual contributions will be recognized and rewarded.


What You'll Do

1. Engage walk-in guests promptly and warmly to open conversations and make them feel welcome.
2. Educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s products and answer questions.
3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact info, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
4. Contribute to achieving sales and delivery targets by meeting/exceeding KPIs.
5. Execute sales and delivery operations, consistently delivering a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
6. Present, sell, and support Tesla’s ecosystem during delivery and installation.
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership phases.
8. Be the primary contact for customer interactions throughout their purchase experience.
9. Educate customers on purchase and delivery details from initial contact to delivery day.
10. Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
11. Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to customer needs.
12. Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
13. Perform Tesla Direct deliveries when required.
14. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.


What You'll Bring

* Customer service experience.
* Enthusiasm and passion for transforming transportation.
* Ability to understand and communicate business and technical concepts.
* Strong team mentality and reliability.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Mastery of Tesla products and industry trends.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean 2-year driving record.
* Ability to obtain necessary licensing.
