Championship Golf Course Opportunity
Our organization is building a new championship golf course, designed by globally respected architect Robin Gibson.
The 18-hole par 72 course will be situated within a beautifully landscaped parkland precinct, inspired by some of the finest courses in North America and the UK.
This visually stunning and challenging experience will offer a premium tournament standard environment for our team members to excel.
We are seeking a motivated and talented Team Leader to help prepare and maintain the course to the highest standards.
* Drive daily golf course maintenance operations, allocate tasks, set clear standards, and lead by example.
* Provide feedback on turf health, quality of surfaces, course presentation, and attention to detail to management.
* Mentor, support, and supervise crew members in the field.
* Oversee all spray programs and chemical applications across greens, tees, and fairways.
* Provide top-level expertise in safe chemical application (herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers).
