This role offers broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, supporting investment analysis, valuations, portfolio strategy, and operational performance initiatives across a growing national portfolio. The Opportunity
This is a unique role for an analytically strong investment professional looking to move into a broader and more entrepreneurial environment. You'll support acquisition and development opportunities, assist with portfolio and operational analysis, contribute to investor reporting and valuations, and work across a growing platform with direct exposure to senior decision makers and institutional capital partners. The role will suit someone who enjoys both investment analysis and the commercial drivers behind asset performance and value creation.
The Focus Of The Role
* Prepare acquisition, development, and investment analysis including feasibilities, financial modelling, and sensitivity analysis
* Support internal investment proposals, valuation processes, and investment committee materials
* Conduct market, economic, and sector research across living sectors and adjacent real assets classes
* Assist with asset and portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and operational analytics
* Analyse asset performance drivers including pricing, occupancy, leasing, OPEX, and CAPEX trends
* Contribute to investor reporting, treasury, and broader strategic finance initiatives
* Support value creation initiatives across operating and development assets
* Work collaboratively with finance, development, operations, and acquisitions teams
About You
* 3 to 6 years' experience across property investment, funds management, corporate finance, valuations, development, or advisory
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Exposure to transactions, asset management, development, or investment environments
* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and problem solving capability
* Comfortable operating in a fast paced and collaborative environment
* CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications completed or in progress viewed favourably
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups
