Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will see you working within a supportive and inclusive team, with on-the-job training and room for career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide account management-like service to your client portfolio
Attend to incoming calls and process phone orders
Proactively make outbound calls - special offer reminders and quote follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints
Provide support and feedback to BDM's
Skills and experience:
Experience in similar roles providing high quality customer service
A proven history of exceeding KPI targets
Intermediate software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
A hunger for growth and exceeding expectation
Excellent verbal and written communication
