Lease Administration Manager – Shopping Centre
Location: Gold Coast, Southport
Salary: Up to $100,000 including super (commensurate with experience)

We are currently seeking a Lease Administration Manager to support the Centre Management team at a flagship retail shopping centre in Southport. You'll report directly to the Retail Manager and play a key role in the smooth operation of leasing and tenancy administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage retail lease documentation and ensure accuracy of lease records
* Complete lease administration sections of monthly owner reports
* Support the Finance Manager with financial reporting and reconciliations
* Maintain and update the Rent Relief Register
* Review and update the Tenancy Schedule each month
* Liaise with tenants, legal teams, and internal stakeholders regarding lease terms and documentation
About You
Experience in Lease Administration, Property Administration, or Centre Administration within commercial or retail property is highly regarded
Exposure to shopping centre management or retail tenancy administration is a plus
Familiarity with MRI Software is desirable but not essential
Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
