The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of Toyota dealerships across WA. You will partner closely with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers to drive performance, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver on Toyota's national and state sales strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
* Drive achievement of regional sales targets, market share
* Analyse dealership performance and implement targeted improvement plans
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with dealer partners
* Conduct regular dealership visits, business reviews, and performance coaching
* Support rollout of national campaigns and local area marketing initiatives
* Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results
* Ensure dealer compliance with Toyota brand, operational, TFL and customer experience standards
* Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights
About You
* Proven experience in automotive sales, field operations, or dealership management
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on data
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Willingness to travel regularly across regional WA
