The Application Support Worker is responsible for managing paperwork, assessing applicant eligibility, and referring individuals to relevant services. This part-time permanent position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Assess and confirm applicant eligibility for micro-finance programmes.
* Support clients with completing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to undertake it at personal cost.
* Previous experience in micro-finance, client services, or similar roles.
* Strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality principles.
