Pilot Training System Operations and Sustainment Manager is a key leadership role.

The successful candidate will provide overall direction and management of operational services covering multiple teams. They will be responsible for the technical performance of these Program operational elements, engaging with Engineering, Training System leads, internal business areas, subcontracted organisations, and program stakeholders.
* Senior Leadership & Management experience in Defence, Maintenance, and Training environments
* Extensive experience in Aviation operations and Military Pilot Training System management and delivery execution
* Lean/Process Improvement Methods expertise
* Advanced understanding of interfaces between Programs & Systems Engineering Lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of risk management methodologies, quality systems, and earned value management principles. They will also possess experience in financial management, contract management, and reporting.
