Our field operations team requires a skilled Field Team Supervisor to oversee daily activities and ensure seamless execution of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams across Western Queensland, executing weed control and feral pest control using approved techniques, maintaining infrastructure such as fencing and watering points, transporting equipment, and conducting site monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage teams to execute weed control and feral pest control using approved techniques
* Ensure maintenance of infrastructure including fencing and relocating watering points
* Transport ATVs, chemical, fuel and equipment to and from sites
* Coordinate seed collection, plant propagation, distribution of herbicide granules, site monitoring, surveys, welding, and tractor work
