Overview
Team Global Express is looking for a Forklift Driver to join our team in Emerald. This is a full‐time, permanent role on the PM roster, Monday to Friday, starting at 6pm. Successful candidates will receive 17.5% shift loading.
Responsibilities
* Unload and load vehicles; sort them safely.
* Scan freight and perform freight sortation and re‐palletising.
* Pick and prepare runs for the following day.
* Palletise freight for travel where required.
* Ensure correct movement and distribution of freight within set timeframes and by following instructions.
* Identify and report any damages according to site process.
* Maintain compliance with safety, WHS practices and procedures, including hazard, near‐miss and incident reporting.
* Restrain loads safely and use straps appropriately.
Qualifications
* Current & valid Forklift License (mandatory).
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions independently.
* Full rights to work in Australia.
* High attention to safety and a safety‐first mindset.
