Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Level 2 IT Technician should have: A strong background in IT support within the professional services industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with common operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
