About the Job
As a Service Operations Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer incidents. You will provide effective support and communication across operational platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, investigate and resolve all incidents within agreed service level targets.
* Monitor operational services using diagnostic tools to prevent downtime.
* Administer IP and Data Infrastructure across multiple platforms ensuring optimal performance.
* Engage with stakeholders using change-management practices to implement positive changes.
* Perform regular maintenance activities to ensure system availability and optimal performance.
