Senior Practitioner Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the successful candidate to provide interventions to young people aged 10-17 who are transitioning from detention back to their communities.
The Senior Practitioner will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the young people in this journey, driving quality program planning and implementation, coaching colleagues to increase skill and competency, developing operational stakeholder relationships, coordinating staff caseloads and program logistics, monitoring and evaluation, risk management, and child protection, and maintaining a caseload of clients.

* Develop and maintain operational stakeholder relationships that are critical to the success of the program.
* Coordinate staff caseloads and program logistics, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Maintain a caseload of clients and provide interventions to support their transition from detention back to their communities.
