An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Demi Chef to join the culinary team at Melbourne Museum.
This is a casual role (Monday to Sunday roster, with flexible hours) in the Museum's kitchen department. Be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality culinary experiences for visitors at one of Melbourne's most iconic cultural institutions.

The Role
* Based at the Melbourne Museum
* Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
* Run your own section in a high-quality kitchen environment
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
* Changing menu to match Museum exhibitions
About You
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe
* Certified in Commercial Cookery III or IV
* Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
* Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
* Impeccable communication skills
