About the Role
Kent Projects is seeking additional casual blue‐collar personnel on a short‐term basis to support electrical work packages on the Ampol Future Fuels Project in Lytton. As a Skilled Electrical Trade Assistant, you'll support qualified tradespeople with day‐to‐day site tasks including equipment setup, tool maintenance as well as cable laying and pulling. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a major Australian infrastructure project focused on reducing emissions and supporting a more sustainable future.
Your Day to Day will Include
* Assist tradespersons with equipment setup, cable pulling, and maintaining clean work fronts
* Load, unload, and organise materials and supplies safely and efficiently
* Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and serviceable condition
* Follow all site safety protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and equipment
* Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
About You
Our ideal candidate will have 12 months previous experience working as an Electrical Trades Assistant on construction projects and hold current certifications, including:
* RIIWHS204 Work at Heights (obtained within the past three years)
* RIIWHS202 Enter and Work in Confined Spaces (obtained within the past three years)
* Valid Construction White Card
* Current Australian Driver's License
