Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025 to $117,363 + super
The Business Services Team at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is seeking a Recruitment Project Officer to provide comprehensive recruitment support to enable the selection and engagement of the most capable staff for a wide range of roles and comply with NSW Government legislation.
The role is also responsible for the identification and development of process excellence across various aspects including Human Resource (HR) programs, establishment and organisational chart management.
About You As our Recruitment Project Officer you will, provide a range of HR project support including recruitment approaches, and policies, processes and legislative requirements using your high-level organisation and presentation skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Key knowledge and experience
Working knowledge of human resource information systems within the NSW Public Sector
Experience in providing a range of HR project support including recruitment approaches, and policies, processes and legislative requirements.
High level organisation and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Robust attention to detail, as well as analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret information from different sources to pro‑actively identify issues and formulate strategies to address them.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems, particularly in the use of excel, macros and word processing
Essential requirements
Certificate IV in relevant discipline / degree or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
