Administration Assistant – Conveyancing Firm - Immediate Start

Employment Type: Part-Time (minimum 21 hours/week)
Are you a motivated and organised individual looking to join a friendly and professional team in the heart of Byron Bay? We are a well-established conveyancing firm seeking an Administration Assistant to support our growing office.
About the Role:
This diverse role will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our conveyancing team. Your responsibilities will include:
* General administration and office support
* Accurate and timely data entry
* Managing inbound and outbound front desk calls and email enquiries
* Scanning, filing, and organising legal documents
* Assisting with client correspondence and document preparation
* Supporting the team with other ad hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administration or reception role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
* Friendly, professional communication style
* Ability to work independently and within a small team
Desirable (but not essential):
* Legal or conveyancing experience
* Familiarity with conveyancing or legal software (e.g. Smokeball, PEXA)
