Senior Physiotherapist – Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Department of Health – LGH Charles Street, Launceston. Permanent, full-time, day worker (with on‐call) position. 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Salary $117,272 – $126,182 per annum, pro rata. Includes 12% superannuation contribution and salary packaging options.
Responsibilities
* Provide and deliver high‐quality physiotherapy services for clients in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation programmes, including planning, implementation and evaluation.
* Offer professional guidance to junior physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
* Share expertise and teach emerging therapists and students across cardiac and pulmonary services.
* Collaborate with nursing, medical, surgical and allied health teams to support patient care.
Qualifications
* Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
* Seniority to Allied Health Professional Level 3 as per the Public Sector Unions Wage Agreement.
* Demonstrated experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation (preferred).
