Renewed Electrical is a growing Tier 2 commercial electrical contractor delivering electrical, communications, service, maintenance and project works across government, education, commercial and industrial sectors throughout WA.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across our service and project divisions, we are looking for a polished, highly organised and reliable Operations Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role within the business. You will help keep jobs moving, clients informed, technicians organised and operational paperwork under control.

The Role
As Operations Administrator, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and technicians.
You will support the Operations Team and senior leadership across service coordination, client communication, job administration, payroll support, purchase orders, compliance documentation, onboarding, mobilisation and general business administration.
Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, job flow, cash flow, compliance and the overall efficiency of the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Client & service coordination - answer enquiries, schedule technicians, issue booking confirmations, update clients and follow jobs through to close.
* Job administration - assist with job setup, work orders, job notes, service documentation and close‐out requirements.
* Payroll & timesheets – review and validate weekly timesheets, follow up discrepancies and support payroll processing in Xero, Approval Max, Employment Hero or similar.
* Purchase orders & light bookkeeping – raise purchase orders, assist with supplier invoice matching, support basic reconciliations and maintain tidy records.
* Team resourcing – help align technicians, subcontractors, materials and site requirements to keep works moving and deadlines on track.
* Mobilisation support – assist with employee and subcontractor mobilisation, including licences, tickets, inductions, client portals, site access requirements and mobilisation packs.
* Client communication – issue professional updates, completion notices, follow‐up correspondence and general operational communication.
* Compliance, onboarding & mobilisation – assist with onboarding, licences, tickets, inductions, site documents, mobilisation packs and compliance portals.
* Fleet, plant & equipment – maintain registers for vehicles, plant, machinery and equipment, including servicing, registrations, inspections and insurance requirements.
* Insurance register – monitor policy dates, assist with renewals and issue Certificates of Currency when required.
* ISO document control – maintain project folders, SWMS, registers, forms and audit packs in line with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 requirements.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years in service, operations or maintenance administration (construction, FM or trades)
* Prior experience within an electrical contracting environment
* Proven payroll processing competence
* Cert IV Bookkeeping or higher
* Solid Xero skills and familiarity with a job‐management system (SimPRO, Ascora, AroFlo, Employment Hero, etc.)
* Exposure to defence or government contracts
* Professional phone manner and business‐smart presentation
* Working knowledge of ISO audit preparation
* Ability to juggle schedules, calls and compliance without losing detail
* Canva / basic design skills for client packs/AI tools
