Role Overview
The Packing Leading Hand role is a permanent, full-time position, working 4 days per week from Wednesday through to Saturday to support and lead packing operations at our Tatura site.
Responsibilities
* Training, inducting and supporting new team members as they find their feet
* Leading by example and ensuring your team's tasks are completed safely and efficiently
* Operating and overseeing packing machinery and equipment to meet production targets
* Performing quality checks to maintain the high product standards we're known for
* Working closely with the Production Supervisor to keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications
* Enjoy coaching and mentoring others and take pride in helping your team succeed
* Are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
* Are hands‐on and happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
* Have experience in a production or packing environment – though this isn't essential, we'll back you with full training
