Lead Continuous Improvement and Drive Operational Excellence
We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead continuous improvement within our established team at a Distribution Centre in the Northern Territory.
* Main Responsibilities:
* To uphold safety values, ensuring a risk-free working environment for all employees.
* To plan and coordinate day-to-day operations effectively, optimizing efficiency and customer experience.
* To monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
* To direct and motivate team members to meet supply chain targets.
* To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Sales Managers, Inventory & EHS teams, and the regional network manager.
* To ensure Distribution Centre operations adhere to best practices.
* To promote and enforce company policies, ensuring operational staff are aware of their responsibilities.
* To identify and implement continuous improvements, driving the Supply Chain Excellence Program forward.
* To contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of team members, improving employee engagement.
* To communicate effectively with the team, leading daily meetings and updates.
