The Role
As a Manufacturing Coordinator / Section Leader, you will:
* Oversee daily manufacturing activities
* Manage inventory control
* Ensure quality and safety compliance
* Lead and motivate the production team
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage production schedules
* Monitor production KPIs
* Report to the General Manager
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years in manufacturing
* Leadership and team management experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Valid driver's licence; forklift licence preferred
