As part of our Cyber Program, you will play a key operational role in keeping Identity & Access Management running reliably across our growing healthcare organisation operating across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day‐to‐day operational support for Icon's IDAM platforms, including user provisioning, access requests, and issue resolution.
2. Investigate and resolve identity and access incidents at L2/L3 level across technical and business stakeholders.
3. Maintain identity data accuracy across key identity systems, including joiner/mover/leaver processing.
4. Manage BAU tickets and Service Desk queries, including monitoring Teams channels for inbound identity requests.
5. Troubleshoot and support PowerShell scripts and tooling used in identity automation processes.
6. Carry out IDAM verification testing to support CAB changes and platform releases.
7. Assist the IDAM Specialist with project enhancement and integration work as operational capacity allows.
Requirements
8. Hands‐on experience with Active Directory and managing user objects, attributes, and directory structures.
9. Experience onboarding and managing user identities and Microsoft 365 access in Entra ID.
10. Working knowledge of PowerShell (read/write), including troubleshooting and developing basic scripts.
11. Ability to read and interpret JSON and understand basic identity data structures.
12. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT operations, service desk (L2/L3), or an identity and access management role.

13. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to resolving identity and access issues.
14. Ability to work effectively across technical and non‐technical stakeholders, including Service Desk and business teams.
15. Detail‐oriented with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and security in all identity‐related activities.
16. Proactive mindset with an interest in automation and continuous improvement of identity processes.
Nice to Have
17. Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or equivalent IDAM platform.
18. Background in a Service Desk (L2/L3) or IT operations role with exposure to identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
19. Relevant certifications such as SC‐300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) or SailPoint training modules.
