About the opportunity
Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications team as a Marketing Coordinator, supporting the delivery of campaigns and initiatives that strengthen our brand and help achieve key business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and broader team, you'll play a hands‐on role across a variety of marketing activities—from campaign coordination and collateral development to events, managing our digital assets platform and day‐to‐day marketing support.
Key Activities
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities aligned to the annual program of work, liaising closely with service line teams and internal stakeholders
* Assist with collateral creation (posters, flyers, brochures) and coordination across digital and offline channels
* Liaise with vendors/suppliers, agencies, and other external parties as required
* Manage and maintain the digital assets platform, including onboarding users and improving experience
* Support event coordination, including signage and branded merchandise
* As needed, assist the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications team with tasks and projects, including social media communications and photoshoots
* Provide day‐to‐day marketing support – inbox management, managing marketing collateral, print portals, campaign administration and finance
About you
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or similar, or a minimum of three years relevant experience deemed the equivalent. Experience in planning and delivering high quality marketing outcomes and a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles. Broad reaching copywriting skills including a demonstrated ability to write for different audiences and different platforms in a complex environment. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Well‐developed organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Basic proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
