Our Outside School Hours Care service Wyrallah Road Helping Hands is looking for a passionate Permanent Educator to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 8 hours per week (guaranteed minimum).
You will work across split shifts to support the service\'s operating hours of Monday-Friday 6:00am-9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Working in a team of Educators you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:
* Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school community and parents
* Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

* Enjoy working with kids
* Strong and clear communication
* Team player with a desire to become a service leader
* Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (well pay for it) and a state check for working with children
