We're looking for a Senior Manager, Food & Beverage – Australia to shape, lead and elevate the Food & Beverage experience across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. Based at The Station in Jindabyne and reporting to the Director, Hospitality Experience – Australia, this role sits at the heart of our Australian operations, combining strategic influence with hands‐on leadership across some of the country's most iconic alpine destinations.
You'll lead a diverse, high‐volume portfolio spanning restaurants, bars, events and on‐mountain experiences — building exceptional leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and creating guest experiences that are as memorable as the mountains themselves.
What You'll Lead
* A large, multi‐site Food & Beverage portfolio across Australia's alpine resorts
* Senior Food & Beverage leaders and management teams, building capability and succession
* Strategy, consistency and performance across restaurants, bars, events and on‐mountain venues
* Commercial outcomes including revenue growth, margin optimisation and cost control
* Menu innovation, seasonal concepts and guest experience initiatives
* A culture of safety, accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Senior Food & Beverage leadership experience in multi‐unit, high‐volume environments
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with end‐to‐end accountability
* Proven ability to lead, develop and influence senior hospitality leaders
* Deep understanding of compliance, food safety and liquor licensing
* Experience in resort or seasonal operations (highly regarded)
