Key Responsibilities
* Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
* Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
* Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
What We're Looking For
* A current Agent's Representative certificate (required).
* Previous real estate experience is welcome but not essential.
* A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* High level of self‐motivation and the ability to work independently.
* A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
