About The Role
The Information Systems Administrator oversees the development, implementation, and day‐to‐day administration of Council's corporate business systems, including user support, issue resolution, and access management. The role ensures system security by implementing and maintaining control frameworks that provide appropriate user access and support effective monitoring and reporting.
* Work in a team environment to investigate, analyse, and prioritise assigned incidents and service requests for Council business systems. Take action, resolve problems, manage internal and external service providers, and record all actions.
* Develop business intelligence reports, ETL processes and dashboards using various tools that collate data across the organisation.
* Drive the development and enhancement of systems, ensuring key stakeholder involvement through extensive knowledge of system configuration (e.g., system parameters, workflow/business process automation, form building, T‐scripts, etc.).
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Business Systems or an Information Technology related field, or demonstrated experience in a similar system support, implementation or development role.
* Class C driver's licence.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with staff effectively across all organisational levels and roles.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa).
